I started my career in the beauty industry in 2006, at MJ Murphy. Life took a different path, and I was blessed with four beautiful children, one with a rare medical condition. I was a stay-at-home-mom for 9 years, and decided to go back to school at Paul Mitchell to finish my cosmetology license in 2017. I worked at a barbershop for 2 years, and trained in men's grooming and straight razor face and head shaves. I have a passion for color, especially blended blondes, foilayage, and vivid color. My goal as your hairstylist is to help you look and feel your best! Communication, consistency, and attention to detail are key.

Originally from Mexico, I started doing hair as a teenager first in Mexico City, and then in Cancun. After moving to the United States, I started cosmetology school at Hairmasters Institute of Cosmetology in Bloomington, Illinois, and finished my education at Excel Academies of Cosmetology in Lansing, Michigan. I have done hair for over twenty years now in Lansing area salons such as Panopoulos , Regis and Essex Hair Design (now called Bliss Hair Studio). I specialize in color services such as balayage, gray blending, fantasy color, and blonding. I am also proficient at modern men's haircuts, wavy hair, and Asian straight hair. I enjoy going to the gym, walking my two Australian Shepard's Peach and Charlie, and going to sporting events with my husband. I love going to new places, trying new food, a little bit of reality tv, and most genres of music. I also love making videos and taking pictures of what I do in the salon.
